2005 Joie de Vie
This 2005 Sparkling has a medium hue of straw, a persistent mousse and elegant fine bead. The nose emanates yeasty bake house aromas and fresh nougat, with an intense full palate of cider apple and orchard fruits, with a hint of lime. 2008 Tempra Rosa
With a light salmon rose colour, lifted floral aromas and hints of strawberry confection, this crisp style rosé is a truly mouth filling wine. A fresh palate of red currant sherbet with crisp acidity finishing with a lemon twist, this Tempra Rosa leaves a lingering fruit character on the palate. Drink now – slightly chilled for maximum enjoyment. |

2006 Chardonnay
With a colour of pale gold, tinted with lime, this rich Chardonnay has been barrel fermented in new French and American oak barriques. This single vineyard wine has a luscious fruit flavours of nectarine and grapefruit, combined with vanilla bean and nougat for a complex palate, with a crisp lime finish. With a well balanced palate weight and fine acid structure, this Chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. |

2006 Pinot Noir
This 2006 Pinot Noir shows a colour of bright crimson, with aromas of anise and forest fruits. The Palate is a balance of dark cherry and cloves, followed by firm tannins that persist throughout. Drink now or cellar up to 6-8 years. |

2007 Shiraz
This 2007 Shiraz is a rich mouth filling wine providing a palate rich and complex, with characters or spicy blackcurrent, some liquorice and mocha flavours in the middle. It has a nose of rich briar fruits with subtle vanilla and dark chocolate aromas and soft textured tannins that blend effortlessly throughout the palate. The finish is dry and firm, with a colour of dense crimson red. This wine will continue to impress with careful cellaring for up to 6 years.

2006 Tempranillo
Seasonally consistent, with colour of dark vermillion, this new aged vintage Tempranillo displays a rich nose of tobacco and vanilla. Aged in French coopered American oak barriques for two years, then further bottle aged for 4 months prior to release. The palate is rich and full with the flavours of dark chocolate and molasses, and a length of flavoru that lingers along side the fine flowing oak tannins. Cellar up to 8 years. |

2005 "The Aria"
Our flagship Reserve has colours of dense brick red with aromas of luscious ripe plums, milk chocolate & liquorice. The palate shows plenty of mixed berries and spice, with sour cherry, blood plums and white pepper, illustrating the three components that have created this unique style. The integration of new French and American oak, has given the Aria the finishing tannins that have resulted in a powerful wine displaying full mouth filling flavours.
To preserve the true components, the wine was not filtered, decanting is recommended. With careful cellaring this wine has the potential to develop for 10+ years. |

2006 "The Reserve" Syrah
This new vintage Shiraz exhibits a brooding richness, with dark chocolate and tobacco flavours. A mouth filling wine with lingering tannins that reveal layers of plum and berry. This wine will continue to impress with careful cellaring up to 8+ years. |

2008 Le’ori Unwooded Chardonnay
With a zesty palate of Kiwi fruit and grapefruit, this Unwooded Chardonnay shows a crisp balance of acid and true varietal fruit. This unoaked style has been created to be consumed young and makes an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes. |

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a full palate of dark chocolate, malt, velvety tannins and elegant French oak; this is a wonderfully balanced wine finishing with grip and superb length. For the patient few it will benefit from careful cellaring for 6-8 years. |
