	2008 Shiraz This 2007 Shiraz is a rich mouth filling wine providing a palate rich and complex, with characters or spicy blackcurrent, some liquorice and mocha flavours in the middle. It has a nose of rich briar fruits with subtle vanilla and dark chocolate aromas and soft textured tannins that blend effortlessly throughout the palate. 	2008 Tempranillo Seasonally consistent, with colour of dark vermillion, this new aged vintage Tempranillo displays a rich nose of tobacco and vanilla. Aged in French coopered American oak barriques for two years, then further bottle aged for 4 months prior to release. The palate is rich and full with the flavours of dark chocolate and molasses, and a length of flavoru that lingers along side the fine flowing oak tannins. 	2008 "The Aria" Our flagship Reserve has colours of dense brick red with aromas of luscious ripe plums, milk chocolate & liquorice. The palate shows plenty of mixed berries and spice, with sour cherry, blood plums and white pepper, illustrating the three components that have created this unique style. The integration of new French and American oak, has given the Aria the finishing tannins that have resulted in a powerful wine displaying full mouth filling flavours.
