The Winemaker

Paul Evans is the resident Wine Maker at Tokar Estate and is responsible for the creation of all Tokar Estate Wines.

Paul has been the Wine Maker for Tokar Estate since the very first vintage in 1999. Both Paul Evans and Leon Tokar share the same vision when it comes to wine making, that is: of making premium wines which showcase the Yarra Valley and Tokar Estate.

Paul started his wine making career at Domaine Chandon, followed by Oakridge Estate and now Tokar Estate.
