Weddings
The Restaurant — Intimate. Elegant. Timeless.
Our restaurant offers an elevated, intimate setting with seating for up to 80 guests. Add a clear-span 6m x 12m marquee over the deck and transform the space into a stunning indoor-outdoor sanctuary, complete with sweeping views over the vines.
Menus are crafted by Locavore Studio, our exclusive after-hours wedding partner, renowned for refined, seasonal cuisine that mirrors the same culinary excellence we serve daily.
2026 packages start from $200pp (weekdays) / $210pp (weekends) and include:
- A five-hour Tokar Estate beverage package
- Post-ceremony hour of canapés and drinks
- Shared seasonal sides served to each table
- House-baked bread with local olive oil or hummus
- Wedding cake service on platters
- Loose-leaf tea and espresso coffee
Venue hire is $1500 and includes exclusive six-hour access, plus early bump-in for your stylists and vendors.
The Cellar Door & Vineyard Lawn. Spacious, Scenic, Laid-back Luxury.
For couples dreaming of a more relaxed, open-air celebration, our cellar door and expansive lawn offer the perfect canvas. This space comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style affair and is ideal for live music, food trucks, lawn games, and endless golden-hour photos.
Design your day your way: bring in your preferred marquee and furniture, or embrace our signature rustic style with wine barrels and picnic tables scattered across the lawn. Catering is flexible—choose Locavore Studio, bring your own, or enjoy the casual decadence of Frosty’s Food Truck, a popular choice among past couples.
Drinks flow from our cellar door bar, with options for bespoke cocktails, estate wines, beers and premium spirits. Beverages are available on consumption or via free-flowing packages from $80pp.
Venue hire is $1500, including exclusive use of the entire space inlcuding cellar door bar, and expansive 21m undercover pergola complete with festoon lighting

- 5-hour beverage package
- 6-hour venue use plus earlier bump in for suppliers.
- Complimentary cellar door use for pre-function area including firepits and lawn games (Sunday - Friday).
- Tokar Estate styling items including linen, candles, wishing well, personalised printed menus, display easels, and festoon lighting installation over the decking.
- Choice of catering by Locavore or Frosty’s Kitchen with menus starting from $35pp.
- BYO spirits included with an upgrade to the premium beverage package +$15pp
- Minimum 30 guests, maximum 60.
$1000 venue hire fee applicable, add on ceremony option available
