for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use)
Changes can be made to the wines in the subscription up to 72 hours prior to the date of the subscription being dispatched.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at the conclusion of the subscription period. If you would like to cancel your subscription before the conclusion of the subscription period a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
To cancel your subscription early please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations at the conclusion of the subscription can be made by logging into the customer portal.
You may pause your subscription once per year at anytime for up to 90 days. Your subscription will commence again at the end of the pause period and will continue until the full subscription has been dispatched. e.g, a quarterly subscription is paused after one delivery, there would be three more deliveries before the subscription ends at the end of the pause period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the member at the end of the subscription period. Please see cancellation policy for information on cancelling subscriptions.
Wine subscription deliveries are delivered free of charge for Wine Club members.
Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of incorrect addresses given by members will incur a redelivery charge, these charges will be at the rate charged by the courier.
Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address within 2-10 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to.
If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost.
If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative, we will refund your payment.
If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice.
Membership benefits policy:
Membership benefits are for the sole use of the member and cannot be transferred, exchanged, gifted or sold for commercial gain.
Membership benefits are void for the duration of a membership pause and will recommence on recommencement of the subscription.
Discounts for the restaurant and free cellar door tastings must be booked in advance and the member must give their name and membership number when making a booking. Restaurant discounts and free cellar door tastings are only valid when the member is in attendance at the restaurant booking or cellar door tasting and are only valid for up to three guests joining the member. Member discounts for the restaurant and cellar door cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion at any venue or event on the estate or on the website.
Membership benefits commence from the date of the first subscription dispatch and conclude on the date of the last subscription dispatch.
Memberships will be cancelled after two failed payment attempts to retrieve payment.
Credit cards will be charged 3 days before the subscription is due to be dispatched. Members will receive a reminder ten days prior to dispatch. By joining the Tokar Wine Club, the member authorizes Tokar Estate to make charges to the nominated credit card.
It is the members responsibility to ensure that the credit card details are kept up to date in the member portal.
If payment is unable to be processed for any reason, membership benefits will be suspended until payment is up to date and no subscriptions will be dispatched without payment.
Members data will not be shared with any third party, except for the purposes of providing delivery details to delivery partners.
Members are responsible for ensuring that there delivery, contact and payment details are kept up to date via the customer portal. Tokar Estate cannot except any responsibility for any losses or damages as a result of members failure to update the above forementioned details.
