Joanne has created the Spring Rosé Spritz, now pouring at the Tokar Estate Cellar Door just in time for the warmer weather.

Made with Tokar Estate Rosé and Prosecco, vodka, elderflower cordial, sugar syrup, soda and fresh mint, it’s bright, refreshing and made for sunny afternoons in the Yarra Valley.

At $18, it’s the perfect excuse to grab a few friends, find a table on the lawn and settle in for an afternoon overlooking the vineyard.

And if Rosé isn’t your thing, we’re also pouring Limoncello Spritz and Aperol Spritz, so there’s no shortage of options for a relaxed afternoon drink.
