This winter, indulge in something truly special at Tokar Estate — a luxurious wine and chocolate tasting experience in collaboration with renowned Master Chocolatier Deniz Karaca of Cuvée Chocolate.

Carefully curated for lovers of both fine wine and artisanal chocolate, this guided tasting pairs four of our single vineyard wines with four handcrafted, stone-ground Cuvée chocolates — each combination selected to bring out the best in both.

The Pairings

Single Vineyard Coldstream Chardonnay – light, fresh, and vibrant, paired with a delicate white chocolate blend
Single Vineyard Yarra Junction Pinot Noir – fruit-forward and smooth, perfectly matched to milk chocolate notes
Amphora Tempranillo (Reserve) – earthy and textural, balanced with rich, spiced dark chocolate
Coldstream Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon – bold, structured, and unforgettable alongside intense, 80%+ dark cacao

Each flight includes four tastings, equating to 1.5 standard drinks, and runs for approximately 45 minutes — a perfect pre-lunch treat or afternoon indulgence in the heart of the Yarra Valley.
